The Lord's Prayer (Our Father)

Glory to the Father
Glory to the Father, and to the Son, and to the Holy Spirit, as it was in the beginning, is now, and will be forever. Amen.
Act of Contrition
Oh my God, I am heartily sorry for having offended you and I detest all my sins because of your just punishments. But most of all because they have offended you my God, who are all good and deserving of all my love. I firmly resolve with the help of your Grace, to sin no more and to avoid the near occasion of sin. Amen.
Hail Mary

Memorare

Inspired by this confidence, I fly unto you, oh Virgin of virgins, my Mother. To you I cry, before you I stand, sinful and sorrowful. Oh Mother of the Word Incarnate, despise not my petition, but in your mercy, hear and answer me. Amen.
Hail Holy Queen
Hail Holy Queen, Mother of mercy, hail our life, our sweetness and our hope! To you we cry, poor banished children of Eve. To you do we send up our sighs, mourning and weeping in this valley of tears. Turn then, most gracious advocate, your eyes of mercy toward us, and after this exile, show to us the Blessed Fruit of your womb, Jesus. Nicene Creed
I believe in one God, the Father the Almighty, maker of heaven and earth, of all that is. seen and unseen. We believe in one Lord, Jesus Christ, the only Son of God, eternally begotten of the Father, God from God, Light from Light, true God from true God, begotten, not made, of one being with the Father. Through him, all things were made.
For us and for our salvation, he came down from heaven: by the power of the Holy Spirit, he became incarnate from the Virgin Mary and was made man. For our sake, he was crucified under Pontius Pilate, suffered death and was buried. On the third day, he rose again in accordance with the Scriptures; he ascended into heaven and is seated at the right hand of the Father. The Apostles' Creed

Prayer to Our Lady of the Blessed Sacrament
O virgin Mary, our Lady of the Blessed Sacrament, great praise and honor of Christians, joy of all the church, and salvation of the world, pray for us and awaken in all the faithful a true devotion for the most holy Host and Eucharist so that they themselves may make a great effort to be worthy to recieve Him in daily communion.
