Parish Mission Statement
Dedicated to the rich history of the preservation of the Our Lady of the Blessed Sacrament Church in Agana Heights, we are called to:
- Develop and strengthen our spirituality in a vibrant parish community through
the celebration of the Eucharist, the devotion to and the adoration of the Blessed Sacrament.
- Nurture the closeness and unity of our families.
- Promote involvement in various church ministries and ensure the continuing formation of its ministers.
- Serve the needs of the local, island and global community.

Directions
1. Traveling south from Tamuning on Route 1, Marine Drive, turn right at the Agana Loop to enter Route 4 to Sinajana.
2. At the third traffic light, turn right at East O'Brien Drive in Agana.
3. Turn left at the traffic light next to the Latte Stone Park and go up Route 7A, to San Ramon Hill.
4. Follow the road to Agana Heights as it curves to the right, past Government House and Fort Apugan.
5. Turn left on Joseph Cruz Avenue, just past the General Baptist Church and the Seventh Day Adventist Church.
6. Follow the road, going past Agana Heights Elementary School on your left. Our Lady of the Blessed Sacrament Church is located on the right of the stop sign across from Agana Heights Elementary School.
