Sacramental Records

Our parish sacramental records, which date back to 1947, contain information on Baptisms, First Holy Communions, Confirmations, Marriages, Deaths & Burials ONLY at the Our Lady of the Blessed Sacrament Church, Agana Heights, Guam. We request a small donation to help defray costs. We are unable to assist you if sacrament was NOT received in our parish. To request records of sacraments received in other Guam parishes, please contact the Chancery Office, Archdiocese of Agana, which maintains central archive files.
